This machine adopts microcomputer control system and easy-operating human-machine interface, uses imported inverter to control left-right feeding, adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It uses four pillars hydraulic lifting system , combination of chrome-plated guide pin and wear guide bush, with small gap , wearable, heavy structure , and guide sleeve with multi-layer seals , with waterproof , dust-proof , anti-spill , improving the service life, main motor uses Siemens motor, reduces the later using cost; forward-backward automatic slicing uses high-precision screw nut driving.

 

The block can be loaded on the ground directly(trolley is optional upon request). The machine combines different diameter of Wanlong blades with segments working simultaneously as multi-blade cutting which gives high production and also make the finished slab with flat surface. No tapper. It is also flexible in modification for single blade cutting.
